What a dynamic time in our lives! We were healthiest in our 20’s but in our 60’s, we get to enjoy our past experiences in the form of wisdom. We also realize that our best selves won’t last forever without paying attention to our aging bodies. We are open to new food choices, exercise choices, and hobbies that perhaps we abandoned in our youth. We are enjoying our grandchildren and (in most cases) life without the pressures and responsibilities of actually raising them. We want to continue or regain the vigor of at least a decade ago. This is the decade of “re-birth.”
