Exercises to Do in a Pool
If you want to work out but for some reason don't want to or can't put pressure on your joints…
We’ve made it this far, so we must be doing some things right. We plan to continue to make good choices for ourselves. We can choose what we think; we can choose to keep doing as many healthy activities as possible. If we didn’t do it in our 80’s, perhaps we may now decide to write down the stories of our lives. We still have a list of things to do and our healthy thoughts, healthy emotions, and healthy activities are the foundation that we need to still accomplish them. This is the decade of “keeping balance between the past, present and future.”
